Refund Policy

If you have any questions about your order please contact us as soon as possible. 

Gravy Studios does not accept refunds on custom orders, however if a product arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged product and we will do our best to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order.

Cancellations:  You may cancel your order up to 2 hours after the order is placed.  We strive to begin working on your project as soon as possible!
