I'm placing an order for a gift, will the receipt be included in the package?

We do not include receipts with our packages.  Receipts are only sent to the buyer.


What kind of materials can you engrave?

We can engrave and mark on a wide variety of materials including wood, metal, glass and some plastics.  Contact us for questions about specific items.


Help!  I think my package is lost!

Timelines given by the postal service for delivery are guesstimates. Package volume, weather and other unforseen circumstances can delay their delivery.



Can I include a gift note with my order?

Absolutely.  Simply fill out the gift note box at check out.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note the processing time of each item which is separate from shipping time.  Items that are listed as ready to ship will be shipped within 2 business days and usually arrive in 3-4 business days. 


What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of made to order products we do not accept returns or refunds on these orders.  If your order arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours so we can make it right. 

We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order.
